Blue Moon's Prepared Foods Department offers a unique blend of gourmet and natural foods, with an eclectic variety of entrées, salads, sandwiches and side dishes. We cater to many special dietary needs including vegan, vegetarian, and gluten free. We also have a wide variety of meat entrees made with free-range chicken and all natural beef. Whenever possible we use local and/or organic ingredients to create dishes that are simple yet elegant, with bold, fresh and unique flavor combinations that we think you'll love. Our deli case is stocked daily with fresh dishes, both deli favorite staples and unique specials that change with the seasons as well as the whims of the chef. Our case has a selection of hand-made vegan, vegetarian, seafood, poultry and meat dishes to please even the fussiest tastebuds. Stop in and pick up an entrée & a couple sides for a lunch, or combine several items to create your own custom-made gourmet dinner.

Hot Rice Bar – Served daily

Tired of the same old sandwich for lunch? Try our new Rice Bar. Served in a wrap or bowl, our hot Rice Bar offers an array of fresh ingredients to create dozens of different combinations. Enjoy our Hot Rice Bar seven days a week from 11AM - 3PM.

House Sandwiches – Made to Order

At Blue Moon, we take sandwich making very seriously. We start with organic fresh bread and pile it high with mounds of quality ingredients to build a sandwich unlike any other. Enjoy in our café of take it to go. Just a warning, you might need a bib.

Grab & Go

In a hurry? Grab a pre-made salad or sandwich from our grab & go case. We stock the case daily with fresh salads and sandwiches as well as entrees and side dishes. No ordering, just grab and go...

Soups-to-Go – Our soups begin with fresh hand picked ingredients and are simmered to perfection creating exceptionally flavorful soups. Take a quart home for dinner or tomorrow's lunch.

Green Salads – Our salads are big enough for a meal or to share as a starter. Tossed greens and mixed fresh vegetables are the base for our salads. Toppings may include: free-range chicken, Cobb smoked ham, cheese, olives, black beans, and roasted corn. Our homemade dressings are served on the side.

Sandwiches – Choose from a selection of homemade sandwiches using all natural meats and free-range chicken & turkey. We also offer a selection of vegetarian and vegan sandwiches.

Meals-to-Go – Our meals-to-go offer a hearty complete meal for lunch or dinner. Selections include meat or vegetarian entrees, vegetables and side dishes. Stop in and see what our chefs have prepared today.
